Has Des Dalton got any Smarts to share with everyone to move things forward into a new field or is he just a stop gap measure until Republican Sinn Fein find a proper leader and future novel strategist/Communications Director?

I haven’t been able to find anything, but maybe someone else visiting Slugger can reference something which would suggest that things are moving nicely if slowly forwards into more modern thinking at other feeding and grass roots/green shoots leadership levels.
