Whenever you can Realise and Accept and Manipulate what would then be a Virtuality, is Life itself rendered as just the Beta Management of Perception with SMARTer Information Transparently and Selflessly Shared for Open Source Collaborations/Coalitions of the Willing and SMARTer Enabled.
