Whilst they may be beginning, or as is more likely the case, they are beginning to try and exercise their resources in the Field, as any new Cyber Command and Control Department would transparently Indicate, the Virtual Space which they are moving into, is already under the Command and Control of Others, and it is as well that they realise that IT does not Suffer the Fool to Play at ITs Lead.
